update entocort

Post by Leah »

To all of you who are curious, The Entocort I have recently started taking is working like a charm... and fast! I can see why people are lulled into a false sense of being alright while taking this. It's been less than a week and I can probably lower the dose soon. Starting the GF/DF diet Monday :)

I know the feeling- I'm taking entocort too and it's tempting to stray when you feel good. I've been trying to ignore the chocolate chip pumpkin bread from grandma's house that's been beckoning to me since last night. The D I have this morning has kept my mouth on track. I think I overdid it yesterday with too much fruit, broccoli, and sweet potatoes. Sometime's its hard to think of small portions when the foods are supposed to be healthy.

Good luck with the GF/DF eating- it's a challenge at times but worth the results.
