Norman visited right when I needed a Enterolab sample

Ha ha ha... Just when I needed a sample to send to Enterolab, Norman visited for the first time since this all started (3-4 months)! I know that it's mostly due to the Entocort, but it's a good feeling.
I started the GF/DF diet today. Not so bad. It will take a while to find things to make for lunch and dinner, but I am finding some products pretty good. I love Udi's granola. Egg salad on GF crackers or corn chips is very satisfying. Tonight, I'm making a chicken stir fry ( GF soy sauce).
Looking forward to getting some test results.

Congratulations on having a Norman!

I wonder how many perfect Normans Enterolab sees. I can imagine them all crowding around yours. :smile:

You're coming up with some creative ideas for going GF. That will serve you well.
