Anyone noticing more phlegm in their throat?

Post by desertrat »

In Arizona, it's springtime. Lots of budding things. I've noticed more phlegm in my throat, but I can't pinpoint it. Is it seasonal? Is it allergies? Is it MC? It's not too annoying and yet I wish I could figure it out. Anyone experiencing this? Btw, I can breathe through my nose, no sneezing, rash or itching of any sort, so I don't think it is mast cell related.

Mandy, I don't know but it certainly is that time of year. :sickwithkleenex: I know I'm allergic to the mesquite tree pollen but I get the classic stuffy nose and sneezing. Maybe you could try an anti-histamine and see if it helps with the phlegm.

It's hayfever. I get the same symptom if I don take an antihistamine. It's mostly ash, oak, and mulberry, here, right now.

It is suspected that some of the hardest material known to science can be found in the skulls of GI specialists who insist that diet has nothing to do with the treatment of microscopic colitis.
