As an update health wise, I am doing well, this has been the year of repairs of the damage of years of untreated MC (CC) and Crohns. The issues I have dealt with have been a small bowel resection in the jejunum due to strictures and fistuals and a large bowel resection 5 months later due to significant diverticula, and lastly getting the upper part of my jaw reconstructed due to sugnificant bone loss from years of low absorption of vitamin D and calcium.
What's great is I feel that I'm finally caught up with the repairs of years of undiagnosed GI issues. I do want to say thanks to everyone here for all of your support, with a special thanks to Gabes, Polly and Tex....next stop hopefully Oz.
So Polly to answer your request, here are a series of photos from the last several months, some of these may be repeats but they are good ones.
For those of you wondering why photos of Nestlé? Basically when you have an empty house, a friend like Nestlé is a wonderful thing especially when you are not feeling well.
Starting from last October here is Nestlé in her halloween costume...

Moving forward, I spent Christmas in Maine and enjoyed a quiet time. I have never photographed the beach during the winter and found these images to be unique and they came out pretty good. Most of us don't associate snow with a nice sandy beach.

Just a handful of weeks ago Gabes sent Nestlé a great treat of denta sticks made from all natural ingredients and a new stylish collar....Gabes I can say Nestlé has thoroughly enjoyed these and loves the stylish new accessories..she said something about me having no sense of style and was thankful you stepped in !!

Now just 16 days ago we had what I would consider a normal winter storm and as you will see in just a bit, today was almost summertime....certainly some strange weather this year.
This is my backyard basically just 2 weeks ago

Nestle certainly enjoyed the snow and loves just playing in it.

One of the funniest things to watch is when you throw a snowball for her to fetch in the snow, she will spend 5 or so minutes trying to find a snowball in the deep snow...

Now just 2 weeks later the snow is gone and the weather was 80 degrees today (+26C) and I was able to get some great photos of the Senter waterfalls just about a 20 minute drive from here.

Well that's it for now. I hope you enjoyed the photos....thanks again for all of your support.
