They can cause pain and discomfort, and nausea, and I suppose they cause some diarrhea due to the failure of fat digestion, but they shouldn't cause MC, (though they are commonly associated with MC). Removal of the gallbladder will almost always result in D, at least for several months, due to the uncontrolled dumping of bile into the duodenum.kitty16 wrote:The doctors told me I have gallstones.
