Food Intolerence testing- UK style!

Post by natythingycolbery »

You will all be proud of me!

After 19 months (yes 19!) of epic denial over the potential for food intolerences relating to MC, I finally had an inital food intolerence test through YorkLab.

Got the early results today and no suprise here, but I am intolerent to something. In fact they rang me up as soon as they got the results they rang me due to concern over the IgG antibodies as they where higher than anticipated. They asked if I had ever been diagnosed with an IBD! Which explained it.

Now waiting to do the test for 158 foods/drinks to discover what the intolerences are.

Should get my results within 2-3 weeks after I send off my blood sample.

It'll be interesting to see what your results are. I hope you don't end up intolerant of too many things.

Hi Naty,

How very nice to see a post from you. :xfingers: that you won't have too many problem foods. Look forward to hearing about your results. All the best to you.

Love,
Kari

Hi Katy,

It's good to hear from you. I hope school is coming along.

The testing should answer some questions for you. We'll be interested in hearing the results.

Hi Everyone!

I've got the results, but I'm creating a new post for that!

I'm blaming my youth for many things too!

Gloria School will be going fine in September, I'm in the middle of a gap year at the moment!
