If he is a GI you are lucky! He will be forced to understand the importance of diet.

I wish I had had an experienced dietician to work with. After shelling out all that money I feel as if I am groping in the dark to figure things out myself.

I'm not sure what good it will do me, however. I did email her Polly's TA DAAA! post.I wrote back and said I wanted to be certain they understood that we were not saying that MC is caused by gluten, et al.

NO, I'm in Alabama!!!! Near Montgomery and my dietician and husband are in the Birmingham area. I haven't met them and probably never will.
