I'm a newbie here. How I wish I could take a few of you with me for a field trip to Whole Foods so I could get a tutorial about products available as I try to become gf, df, sf, and ef. I need a personal shopper to take me by the hand through the store. :roll: I understand I need to shop the perimeter and cook my veggies and fruits while I try to get better. Just no fun.... :sad:
