Well, it looks like I have Selective IgA Deficiency :( My level is so low, it's hardly there at all. That's why the Enterolab tests came back with nothing! My doctor said that people with this tend to have a low immune function ( however I rarely get sick) and also tend to have Celiac.
When I spoke to the nurse from Enterolab, she said that if my blood test comes back extremely low, then I should get my Cortisol levels checked. I have many of the symptoms of someone who has sustained high levels of Cortisol ( from the adrenal gland) over time.
I am trying to get my doctor to order the blood test for that now.
Any thoughts?

Well, that confirms that. Did your doctor by any chance check to see if you produce normal amounts of any other types of immunoglobulin?
Also, I thought that the best cortisol test involved taking hourly saliva samples, since the level normally peaks in the morning, and declines for the rest of the day. I once had the cortisol blood test, but it didn't tell us anything, since the level is usually going to be normal, first thing in the morning, even if it crashes, later in the day.
It's possible that only naturopaths use the saliva test, though.
Thanks for the update.

It is suspected that some of the hardest material known to science can be found in the skulls of GI specialists who insist that diet has nothing to do with the treatment of microscopic colitis.
