Hi,
I seem to get a major D attack when I eat Matzah ball soup is it the soup's fat or the matzah. (yes, I have stopped eating it) just want to try and figure out what exactly I'm reacting to

Isn't matzah made from either wheat, barley, spelt, oats, or rye flour? It is claimed, (though I disagree with that claim), that most celiacs are not sensitive to pure oats, but all of the other grains in that list definitely contain gluten, and virtually all of us with MC are gluten-sensitive. Many of us on this board, also react to oats, (including myself), which means that none of those flour options will work for us.
