I made a nice treat we call ghee.

That last night I ate with such glee.
But later I paid
with bathroom trips made.

So I guess I'll go back to d/free.

I know several of you were also making clarified butter. How did it go?

Chris that's a great way to put it

I am one of the lucky ones that can tolerate some small amounts of dairy, just not often. I have found that I can tolerate clarified butter and use in my cooking.
