I've been taking it morning and before bed since this all began. I take L-Glutamine 750 by Jarrow. It claims to support muscle tissue and supports immune function. Also, a major source of fuel for enterocytes (intestinal cells) and hence supports the integrity of the intestinal lining.

I started taking it 2 weeks ago but only 750 mg twice a day. I think we need to take it in *much* higher doses - as in 10 grams 2 or 3 times a day. More study need. <G> There's someone on this forum who got cured by taking L-glutamine. Got to find that person. I actually came here to search!
