Hmmm...my husband and son were outside in the yard that week...wonder if they brought something in on their clothes? I have always had seasonal respiratory allergies, and I had asthma as a child, but I don't think I ever broke out from anything. My mom does, though, and I do get hives from Sulfa. Two of my kids are prone to breaking out from grass, etc.

I'm wondering, though, if the rash had anything to do with the digestive problems that showed up at the same time. I have had the rash before, but usually only on a couple of fingers. It was much more pervasive this time.

Chicken soup with rice pasta and some well-cooked veggies! Had some for dinner and it seems to be settling okay. All I had to eat today was some applesauce, so it really tasted good to me!

I am going to try ice cream...eventually. Meanwhile, I'm going back to what has worked for me in the past. I have no idea whether that's good for mast cell issues or not. I'll let you know!
