OK, I don't remember where you cruised to. I see French words, but that's not Paris. Where were you? And more importantly, did you find safe food? I recently read that France is one of the hardest countries to visit of you are gluten free. It's my birthplace and I want to go back someday, but not if I can't eat!
Our stops were Lisbon, Cadiz, Barcelona, Provence, Florence, and Rome.
The French markets were in Provence. I didn't look for anything there as we were back on the ship within 5 hours. It was very easy getting the foods I needed on the ship. They bent over backwards for me. The cruiseline was Celebrity. We stayed in Rome for three days and I pretty much stuck to one restaurant near our hotel, they had a lot of GF choices. The hotel only served breakfast and they went out and got several GF items for me. All in all it was pretty successful.
I loved Rome, but the Tuscan countryside during the bus ride through Florence was beautiful. And, I surprised myself by really loving Barcelona. We just walked around the downtown streets there. It was so clean and lots of great buildings - so different.
