I wandered into the bookstore today and happened across a new cookbook called "Learning to Bake Allergy-Free: A crash course ... on baking without wheat, gluten, dairy, eggs, soy or nuts". So many of us with MC have multiple allergies and intolerences, and this book is full of recipes for baked goods that have NONE of those ingredients in them! The first ninety pages are devoted to some very worthwhile info on ingredients, substitutions, even an ingredient list for most of the store-bought pre-mixed GF flours -- it's a great reference as well as a cookbook! I haven't had a chance to try out any of the recipes yet, but you can bet I'll be setting aside a day soon just to bake!
