Thank you so much for the birthday wishes! I just noticed the post.....everyone is so kind and helpful on this site, I appreciate you folks more than I can say. :grin:

Yes, I had a great time on my birthday....went out to a Vietnamese restaurant and got a seafood soup from chicken stock....I only paid for it next morning a bit, and then I was back to the new normal... :wink:

Yep, it seems like my colon has been making friends with the new foods I have been putting in it......or just complaining less :wink:
