I just wanted to give an update: I eliminated gluten, diary products and soy products in my diet. I did this during a flare and the strangest thing happened, my flare just calmed down from one day to another. I feel much better.
My flares usually last 7 to 15 days and now it just calmed down after only 3 days (I started the glutenfree diet on day 2). I even could go to work during my flare. It wasn't that bad as usual.
Is it normal to have this reaction after just two days? I wanted to thank everybody who gave me this advice. THANK YOU THANK YOU !!!
