What is the best Vitamin D-3?

What is the best Vitamin D-3?

Hi, I ran out of vitamin d-3 and was looking at how it is made and from what source before I order. I was surprised that I found three methods. One by Garden of Life that was a new process, the other from lanolin and the third from the liver oil of deep water fish. Which one is the best to use? Jon

I took Zizzle's suggestion and use Carlson's Solar D Gems. Very satisfied.
