Actually we are planning for Nov. 23---stopping along the way and hoping for good traveling weather too---it wont take us a week to get there--cus we usually take in some sights and our place isnt available till Dec.1
We used to go I-10 and stop in New Orleans but thats a no-no this time---I luuuuve N.O.----that place makes ya wanna *boogie* along with the great music coming from the bars and the guys that play out on the sidewalks--
I have to say----that I do believe that my CC is in remission/controlled
If I get over-stressed ,then I might have to make the *mad-dash* but so far
--adding to that--if I eat something that I shouldnt--then Im in trouble---Thankfully, I have no Gluten issues and all that stuff--
Kathy, AZ is not so different a vacation for us--our son lives there and we have been doing this for many-a-year---ya know the *snow-bird* stuff --
First time the phrase *snow-birding* was applied to us I said *HUH---thats usually for retired/OLDER peoples--well guess what---Lou and I are *squeezing* into that catergory :blinking:
Thinking of it---we have already *squashed* into it---
About KAIT----they are hoping for some kinda *help* due to her diagnosis but we dont know yet---and dont know which school will accept her---and The *X* told Lynn(daughter) ! are U crazy,Im not taking out a loan!! Send her to a community college---he is a real piece of work--

MAGGS~~~~~One of these holidayz I have to pass by and see your place all decorated---and of course stop in----
Can U keep it decorated say till MAY or Christmas in JULY
Lou and I used to do all that decorating too---but then some *nasty* bratty teens singled us out and would destroy everything we did---
In the beginning we said---awwwwww, just kids---
We found out who they were and if U dont think Mr. Luciano scared the hell outta them (just by his talk--not saying what he said)
then think again--but no-more big time stuff----small little do-dads-- 
and my kids were so unhappy---like U and Frank do---Lou and I used to get so many compliments about how festive our house and yard looked--Maggs. U guys had the perfect weather to decorate----I guess U had a wee drink and puffed a cigar to relax~~~~~
As I said to Kathy---STONE must be comfy warm up his kidney and just cant *coax* it out----I told him , do some jumping-jacks--lift weights--
Poor guy is *swishing* like a water faucet!!! and NOTHING!!!
I know things have been hectic with U---hopefully we can catch each other before we leave---@ least we know we always here for one and all~~~~
