Has anyone else noticed that the FDA never catches this stuff? It's almost always some other organization that discovers problems with food contamination. Taxpayers waste a heck of a lot of hard-earned money on the FDA, and they don't seem to get much in return.
At least they have agreed to review the report. Now isn't that downright magnanimous of them.

Hi, The dangerous part of imported rice is that some manufacturers may use the outsourced rice as a ingredient in a prepacked product and do not disclose where the rice was grown. Jon
Over 90 % of the rice we consume is grown in this country. Most of it is grown across the South, but Leah is correct — California also grows rice. Here's a link that shows the major rice production states:
