Joanne...yes, my Enterolab tests showed reactions to all 11 sensitivities tested. I have tried turkey, as a lot of people on this forum can eat it, and it seems to be ok the first day, but not reheated. I tried organic ground turkey burgers and that was a disaster for me. I don't love meat, but I am trying. I did buy ground lamb, and tried venison.
Zizzle...I haven't eaten shrimp in a while (bottom feeder:(), but I was thinking of trying it again. I've never had duck. I've always been a big veggies/fruit eater, and minimal poultry eater. I can't do soy, dairy, eggs, or gluten either, so vegan beans & soy for protein are out.
Tex...I LOVE smoothies! When I realized I couldn't do fresh fruit I stopped. But, started again when I received the lab results and had to cut out my almond butter on almond toast in the morning. Maybe I could cook my fruit and then freeze it to use?
Jean...I have Trader Joes Hemp protein. It was the only I could find that was casein and soy free! I only use half a serving due to the fiber in it.
Terri... I tried some yoga, too, last night. Don't think it made much of a difference.
I do feel my best in the morning after I 'go' and before I eat. Then the whole cycle begins again.
Do you all think the morning meal may be whats causing the bloating at night?
