Fiber might work for you. Try a little salad and see what happens :)

Leah, I bought some soft lettuces today and tomatoes and had a good size salad for supper. Drinking water today so hope that works. Getting uncomfortable and concerned....thanks for the advice.Leah wrote:Fiber might work for you. Try a little salad and see what happens :)

Leah, I had my salad last night with tomatoes and this morning had some results (specially after all that water I suppose). Nothing I ate yesterday seemed to have affected me negatively...at least I got some results. I'm going to try the Citrucel route as one person mentioned. Also stayed off the chocolate yesterday and the cheese. Took 3 stool softeners too...hope I don't have to do that all the time.Leah wrote:Tomatoes ( nightshade plus acid) may not be good, but let me know how it goes. Are you taking meds ( sorry, i can't remember)? if you are, it definitely is time to step down the dose.
Keeping my fingers crossed for you :)

No, I've been off the Budesonide for many weeks now (a month or more at least). This "c" thing is the pits.
