My brother had many problems as well... less now since his gastric surgery. However, he was never diagnosed with LC. He knows what I have been going through and decided to be tested himself...

Wow Joanne. Like your brother I have no diagnosis but my results were similar to his and adjusting my diet accordingly has helped a lot. Is your brother planning to change his diet?
It will be interesting to see your results and how similar they are to your brothers.
Thanks for sharing. I told DH about the nightshades and the arthritis link. I doubt he will avoid them. He tried 3 times in one week to avoid gluten but couldn't or didn't keep going. I pray his Celiac gene never kicks in for him.

No, if a food is not listed, it is simply not included in the test.

No. Only the foods listed in the results that you posted are tested.

If your numbers are similar, to your brother's Joanne, perhaps you can commiserate with him and role model for him. I have the feeling though that he does not live near you at all. Isn't he somewhere out west?
I can see so many things in my siblings that are autoimmune and I keep wondering when it will catch up with the youngest sibling. He is a great cook and does all of the cooking because his wife is neither a great cook, nor does she eat much that isn't junk. It will all catch up with him one of these days and it won't be pretty.
Be sure and let us know when you hear something!

WOW!!
I don't know what's wrong with your brother, but that's a serious leaky gut crying out for help! Makes you wonder how the average person off the street might test. Or our seemingly healthy family members. We are all ticking time-bombs!
