We have all shared our pain and some of our joys as well but today I intend to share some joy with you. Some of you know that I am a journalist (or was) until all hell broke loose (so to speak ;-) and MC made its grand entrance in my life. I had written a novel a few years back but was too busy to get it published but with a little nudging from Tex, I decided to tackle it. It is now published and it is, esthetically, a beautiful book.
The book is a mystery/drama. It is the story of an American journalist who travels to Casablanca to interview an Islamic rebel who lives deep inside the Sahara. You can read more about the plot and read some of it on Amazon. If you're interested in purchasing it, you can do so on Amazon for the print and Kindle version. For all the other e-book formats, you can go to smashwords.com, an e-book publisher where you can view it as well.
I wish we all lived near one another because I am having several book signings in the next few weeks. It would have been so much fun to have you all at a Starbucks where coffee and book signings go hand-in-hand. Click on the image for a larger view. I wasn't able to have it resized.

AWESOME... Going to Amazon.com to check it out. I love your sense of humor, kind of quirky and a little on the dark side, right up my alley. Your book just has to be good.

Martha, Pat, Linda---yes, I wish we could all meet and share a cup of joe!
Thank you for all the good wishes. It sure is taking my mind off MC! It is indeed exciting....
Hold on to your copy! I may have an opportunity to sign it one day! (somebody has to figure out a way to sign an e-book. Tex, here is an invention for you if you care to tackle it).
Love,
Monique

That is AWESOME! I promise you a good read. You can't see the back cover but it has been reviewed by the Managing Editor of The Virginian-Pilot (the book reviewer of the paper) and he wrote a great review. Enjoy!
If you like it, share the news with your friends on FB or anywhere else and write a review on Amazon. I will really appreciate it! Thank you!
If I become famous, please don't tell anybody that you met me on a board where the main topic of conversation is D and C. LOL!
