I'm still trying to fine tune my diet! I am not as tired or achy. :) I still don't have norms quite yet, but, I usually only go 2 or 3 times in the early morning. I do have some bloating in the evening, but not as bad as it was.
My diet consists of:
Morning: plain g/f green tea, grain free nut bread (pecan/walnut butter, 1 egg replacer, baking soda/powder, 1 tb. maple syrup, vanilla, all g/f products) and turkey cutlet (only salted).
Lunch & dinner: haddock/cod, venison, or turkey (only salted & lightly peppered), carrots, celery, green beans
dessert: nut cookie (walnut/pecan butter, baking soda, 1 tb honey, 1 tb coconut milk, a few mini g/f choc. chips)
1 cup decaf organic coffee
I use sunflower oil due to salicylics in olive & coconut oil.
I've been following a low salicylic/histamine diet, and chose these foods from MRT & Enterolab test results, and an elimination diet. I have cut out all my supplements.
So, why no norms yet??? Any thoughts or suggestions?
