ARIZONA DOESNT LIKE ME

YesterdAy afternoon I began to shiver and shake---put up the heat/put on a coat and felt like crap-----(which I did do --LooC-GooC--from 1 am till 2:30 am)--
And then I started to :cry: cus I thought not again!!!!

This morning felt much better---so I do think a little bug ran thru me--FAST????

Of course I immediately thought of last year and I became neurotic again~~~ Got on Lou's nerves :sad:

Doug just said *OH, no* and frowned---but gave me a big holding HUG--

Feeling much better and I finally ate --

till later--have to call a friend of mine (Dan;s wife) to see what her test showed---type of lymphona cancer cells--and treatment

luve U all and hate this time difference

The same thing happened to me when I moved from cold & snowy Utah to Phoenix. Wasn't there 2 days and was sicker than a dog.

Maybe its such a drastic climate change????

You musta been pretty sick........turning on the heat and putting a coat on in AZ!

Since you're used to higher humidity, it might not be a bad idea to keep a humidifier going. That way your mucus membranes will continue to flush bugs out efficiently . . . after we moved here I was pretty sick, and I attribute it to the dryness. Stay well, Marsha
