Suggestions for tea

Post by robinc2525 »

Just wondering if anyone has any teas that they drink that are safe that are not caffeinated. It's getting colder where I live and I would really love something warm to drink. If there are teas that help in healing, all the better!

Thanks-
Robin

Hi Robin - I drink green tea (decaf and regular depending on the time of day) and haven't noticed any problems with it.

It's also getting cold where I live. I am optimistic about having more warmer fall type weather before winter actually sets in. :xfingers:

I hope others chime in here with other ideas.

Hi Robin,

My answer is the same as Paula's. I drink tea at work all day long. I drink decaf green and decaf black teas or I mix half decaf tea with half caffeinated tea. Sometimes I mix two types ie: green & black teas. I use loose leaf teas. I have not noticed any problems but rather a cuppa tea provides a ZEN moment in a busy, stressful administrative day. Let me add that a coffee a day be it decaf(which I favor) or caffeinated has not bothered me either.

Thanks Ladies! I thought all green tea was caffeinated, so I'll check that out!

I have multiple food intolerances. I can drink Celestial Decaf Green/white tea. It is soy free. I've noticed that Celestial & Bigelow both list soy , if it is in the ingredients. Read those labels...I found out the hard way! :mallet:

I can't even do decaffeinated tea ( real tea leaves) , so I drink herbal tea... mostly chamomile (with honey)
