I preordered the book and found out this morning that it will be here on the 31st. Just in time for my birthday the next day.
At the moment, I am reading Chris Kresser's book,
Your Personal Paleo Code. Having done this for a while I am not learning a whole lot new, but refining and adding to what I already know.
Chris recommends doing a 30-day reset first off where you remove all grains, dairy, sweets (natural and artificial), alcohol, caffeine, etc. from your diet. I am a couple of weeks into that. I had been eating cheddar and corn. I am pretty amazed at how well I am starting to feel. I am mostly asymptomatic as far as my gut is concerned, but obviously, one or the other (or both) were affecting my well-being and brain.
I am really looking forward to Sarah's book!! She has sent out a few screen shots of some pages, and it looks like it is really going to be a great resource specifically for autoimmune stuff.
