Whey Protein Isolate
Can people here, with dairy issues, tolerate this? If so, I am onto some good bread. Deb

Whey isolates contain the higher percentage of pure protein and can be pure enough to be virtually lactose free, carbohydrate free, fat free, and cholesterol free.

Always double check all ingredients of individual brands,
Some are 30% pea /70% soy...
Some have artificial sweetners.
I have found one that is 100% non GMO rice, it has become a very affordable meal/snack. Very handy when I am out for long periods /at work etc
