Nancy, there is a brand of almond milk yogurt called So Delicious that Whole Foods carries. I have also seen it at Stop & Shop. So Delicious also makes a variety of "ice cream" treats in soy, coconut and almond. Whole Foods has the best selection of those, but S&S may have some.

I've been "pushing the envelope" too, lately, with mixed results. Our local pizza parlor has GF pizza, which my DH brought home for me. I tried it...I liked it...and it liked me! (No after-effects.) Mozarella cheese! Feta is also okay for me. But last week I tried half-and-half in my coffee at work--disaster! I'm still paying for that one. Last night I had gas pains from my sternum all the way down to my knees! So, I guess I have to take my victories where I can, and learn my lessons (albeit the hard way).

Leah! I am so glad you are after and can spoil yourself for cheese and ice cream! Enjoy every mouthful. And eat some for me!
BTW - commercial coconut or almond ice cream is expensive and not as good as the ice cream I make at home. It's really easy.
