ALICE---now that interesting---so to feel relieved U suffer with dreams--I had tried some anti-depressants but they hyped me up---

POLLY---your post was re-assuring---sometimes I am afraid I WONT waken!!!!! Thats the scariest part--

KATY--no new meds.(matter of fact my blood test for Vitamin D suffiency came back PERFECT) and I was so HAPPY to get AWAY from HOME--cant understand these re-occuring nightmares~~~and here I said(previous post) I WANNA GO HOME--go figure this one out~~~

Maggs---well we certainly have to get together and share our terrific nightmares---I can try to understand the terror with your *X* but no-one can---only the person going thru it~~

hmmmm---maybe my SIL is putting the HEX on me---that #$%&(%&#@+-
