Yoga did me in yesterday---sore as all bejezzzers---and I figured my *joints/muscles etc. WOULD be more limber but she has us *ok---go a little further now* ---I did---was proud of myself but moaned and groaned as the day passed---
Also went to Doug's---Lou working on the *hot-tub*( which he is selling )--

And getting up @ 6A.M. is NOT my thing~~~~~

I luve my friend Carmen----but if she looks for 1 more thing to DO she will soon to be *NOT* my friend

--have to e-mail/or phone the EDITORS section ---in reference to this pharmacist, who POSTED that PSORASIS is a *NOTHING* ISSUE and then came a rebuttal from Gail Zimmerman,pres.andceo of National Psorasis Foundation of Portland, ORE.-----crunching this pharmacist to the GROUND!!!!
He sent an email of apology, if anyone had been offended by his remarks!!!
AND I AM ONE THAT WAS PISSED OFF--that a pharmacvist would even say such a thing-----cus I suffer with this ailment---and IT is a SOMETHING!!!

Stick a FILE inside the cake---hahahahah
