Hope those in the U.S. had a nice Thanksgiving! I caught up on some podcasts as I was doing some holiday traveling last week. There were a couple that I thought might interest some around here.

Thank you Kristen- I really enjoy listening to podcasts and was actually thinking of asking a woman I know (she is a vet and chinese medicine practitioner) who does a pod cast radio show to think about doing a segment on histamine intolerance. I really like the way she explains things and they are always looking for new topics. I'm still in shock that I'd never even heard of it- so just getting the word out seems like such an important thing that could potentially help so many people.

i love podcasts, i play them when I am pottering in the garden, doing cook ups in the kitchen etc.
there are some that i have listened to 20 or more times, each time i get something different /new out of it...
