It takes planning you can be sure to stay healthy in the middle of all the celebrating but it can be done as many of members here have proven, it is so worth it, to take care of yourself, no matter what food comes your way, well meaning wonderful people do not understand the consequences to your body by just having even a taste, it could set you back a week or more in your journey and quality of life is too precious, to let that happen.. so to everyone on this journey and may you have a safe week and weekend for 4th of July.
Having our health and not feeling sick is far more important than any food could ever be. Be your own best friend and think of it this way, one minute on your lips means many trips to the potty so don't be naughty.... Ha! all the best keep smiling......
and dance to your favorite music today.... life is for living your best you can with what you know right at this moment, in time. .......
