Just spent a long time reading all the posts and catching up with everyone.

Got home last night and had a fairly busy day today.

Trip went well and Mom had a nice visit with some relatives and phoned some of her friends. Glad we made the trip.

Shirley,

I was thinkin' "Georgia!" Naw, I remembered your telling us that you were taking your Mom to a funeral. Sometimes those are the only times we get to see some relatives, unfortunately. Since we've had a steady stream of sick folks to be taken care of in this family, we've had to miss sooo many funerals that we really wanted to attend. Family has been good to provide information about the funeral and family, not wanting us to be left out, so that makes us feel good, knowing that they care.

Glad you're back safely.
