Help! My G.I. doc!

Hi,
I went to my G.I. doc on 12/22. I had given him a copy of Wayne's book to read. He didn't read it. Big surprise! I showed him my severe allergic reaction to Balsalizide Disodium. My skin popped off the soles of my feet and palms of my hands. Diarrhea was 60X/day! Now he wants me to take Colestipol. I have normal cholesterol! This stuff causes constipation. I am ordered to increase my fiber with the drug. Fiber gives me watery diarrhea. This drug also raises triglycerides! Once I start this drug, I have to very carefully get off it. I have NO confidence in this doc now. He ignores the connection between gluten and MC. I have followed the gluten free diet with excellent results. I ate black beans (fiber) on Thursday and the next day, BAM! uncontrollable watery diarrhea! It was a trial before I start this Colestipol. I do NOT want to take this drug! Has anyone taken this drug for MC? IF so, what reaction did you have to the drug? At this point I want to be free of prescriptions for MC (unless it is entocort). I need a doc in St. Louis who understands and treats MC! HELP!!!
