Anyway, I wondered whether or not anyone has tried this? It couldn't hurt, and could, in fact, be a useful tool in our MC toolbox. It tests your body's reaction via increase in pulse rate, so it's FREE, and can be done AT HOME! You get your pulse base-line, then try different foods (or apply a small amount of a lotion, etc.) one at a time, holding it on your tongue for a short period of time (not swallowing), then re-measuring your pulse. When the body is stressed or reacting to something that isn't good for it, or something that triggers an inflammation response, your pulse rate goes up noticeably.
Here's one link with a good explanation and a download for a useful chart that already has filled in quite a few common food allergens: http://www.saintcloudchiropractor.com/i ... p?p=251865 . (If the link itself doesn't work, you can copy and paste it in your browser. You can also, of course, google Coca Pulse Test.)
