Hi, Gabes. What type of liquid zinc do you purchase at iHerb? Thanks!

it may have a bit of a metallic taste as you use it - that is why I put small amount of water in a small dish (size of tablespoon/serving spoon) and put the drops of zinc into the water then dunk the brush in that.

of note: if you notice the unpleasant taste straight away your zinc levels are ok
if after 10 seconds you start to notice furry or sweet weird sort of reaction - then you are zinc deficient.

Gabes,

I get that sweet taste after I drink Carolyn Dean's ReMyte drink which has Zinc in it. I guess I'm deficient! Very interesting....
