When I was a *kid* I would spend my summers in Mass.
My aunt had a cottage @ the beach and we did all that claming too--
Would pound on the wet sand--when it was low tide--see what squirted up--telling us that there are the pissers(name for those clams) and started digging fast to grab them----UGH!!! ME--I cant eat clams---its like a piece of rubber slipping form one side of ya mouth to the other :lol:
And we called the classier clams Cohaugs!!!! Yes, the most delicious~~

I luved the crabs----

Lou luves clams and just guzzles them down!!! :roll:
