Hiya J----
U know now U got me thinking ---waaaaaaaay back when we bought our first house, my hands broke out with this dermatitis which itched and spread----
Had some stuff to use and also had to wear white gloves--1st cus they were so ugly and 2nd it kept me from really itching them--

Being a stressful person,perhaps the fear of a new house/all the $$$ invoved caused it--

I never had an occurance after that BUT I do have episodes of outbreaks of PSORIASIS---and this began 17 years back----this also mended--BTW,mostly on my legs---

My dermatologist sees me every 3 months---and it is under control but with some added stress lately I noticed that they are *erupting* again--

Another discovery!!! I sorta associated the psoriasis with *stress* but not with the MCC??? a MATCH!!!!
I do use a hydrocortisone anti-itch cream that AVEENO puts out which has been terrific---1% hydro.
It was costing me a fortune with all the meds. that the derma. prescribed so I ventured on my own---

Now when I get home I am due for a melanoma check again and will discuss this psoriasis issue with her---

STRESS---MCC--etc.---probably all roomates~~~

Hi Barbara,

Wow, you've had a few skin problems. I posted a link on the other skin thread about dermatitis herpetiformis which is caused by gluten intolerence. It's interesting.

Lannie say's HI right back at ya! She's home sick today with the same viral crud that had me down for a couple days.
