I just got home from work and ate 2 hard boiled eggs, didn't get to eat dinner. We worked from 7:30 a.m. and it is now 11:24 p.m. The grant is finished and will be approved to send by the Board of Directors tomorrow. I am exhausted, but whether we are awarded the grant or not, we know we turned in a grant application that we can be proud of!!!!!
I'm exhausted and off to bed but wanted to share.
Momster - be well and take care of yourself!
Pegster, my friend - you are a daughter to be proud of! Good Job!
Barb - my heart and lots of love go out to you, Lou and Kait and everyone else involved. I pray things will turn around for everyone!
Jean - I'm jealous! Congrats on the new member of your family!
Night everyone!
Love

"Let us rise up and be thankful, for if we didn't learn a lot today, at least we learned a little, and if we didn't learn a little, at least we didn't get sick, and if we got sick, at least we didn't die; so, let us all be thankful." -- Buddha
After all that hard work, I hope that you all are awarded that grant, and I wish you the best of luck.
Wow! You really did diet today, didn't you. Time does fly when you're having fun.
Love,
Wayne
It is suspected that some of the hardest material known to science can be found in the skulls of GI specialists who insist that diet has nothing to do with the treatment of microscopic colitis.
I have written grants in the past so I know only too well what a huge undertaking it is. But the up side is that it is an opportunity to collect and review your data, crystallize your vision/goals, etc. And it makes you realize what a fine job you are already doing, too. We always finished ours at the last minute too, and usually had to hand-carry them to the funding agency. LOL! And now for some well-deserved R and R!
Love,
Polly
P.S. And congrats, too, on being so close to your first weight-loss goal. You are gonna be so slim and lovely at the wedding!
Blessed are they who can laugh at themselves, for they shall never cease to be amused.
