Is this the right magnesium?
I haven’t been using my magnesium. I’ve tried to start using again. Both days that I’ve taken a magnesium tablet and a D3 I’ve had an accident. This is the right one, I think???

Yes, that's the right one. Remember to spread out the dose during the day (only take one per meal so as to minimize the chances of promoting D), especially if you think they're contributing to the D. Topical applications of magnesium oil or lotion (instead of oral tablets), should greatly reduce any risk of causing D.
