But when U sit with a gallon of ICE Cream---and eating right from the container---non stop----then I guess I was due that punishment--PLUS
not reading labels didnt help either---

I thought I was the only one who ever did something like that, (eating ice cream straight from the original container). I usually use the half gallon cartons, though. Hahahahahaha.

I figure if I'm gonna pig out, I might as well do it up right, so I don't buy any of the low calorie stuff, that way I can avoid sorbitol, and similar hazards.

I look at it this way: why dirty up a clean bowl, when the ice cream is alredy in a perfectly good container. LOL.

That is so true Tex. I buy Quart containers cause I "know" I am going to pig out. And eating Ice cream from the container in bed watching your favorite show is even better. But I am proud of myself.......I was in town this am and bought groceries.....with NO sweets. we'll see how long that lasts. Love Oma
