Hi Humberto,

From what I can see here everything except Chicken, Pork and Turkey needs to be avoided until you heal well enough to introduce a few back into your diet. You will not be able to add Gluten back in, and Egg and Soy are off the menu for now and perhaps always, Dairy is on the fence but you can not have it at this time, but it may have potential to be eaten again in tiny portions after you have healed (which may take anywhere from a few months to a few years).

You may be ok with potato, so I would suggest Yellow or Red potato, and you might be able to rotate beef.

These scores seem very precise, compared to other Enterolab results I've seen. I wonder if they are changing how they address each item now, as compared to a grouping of these same items a few years ago.

Hi Humberto,

In addition to chicken, pork and turkey, you can eat tuna and probably other types of fish. Around Laredo, it may be easier to find goat (cabrito), and venison. Lamb is safe, if you can find it Also, rabbit, ducks, geese, quail, and doves should be safe. If you need a substitute for potatoes or other vegetables, sweet potatoes or yams might work, and cauliflower can be prepared to resemble mashed potatoes. Avocados should be OK, and they're a good source of fat (you will need to eat some fat if you eat mostly lean meat). Duck eggs or quail eggs should be safe.

Thanks a lot for your responses Erica P-G and TEX, they are very important to me. I just started to eat just what I can eat based on the lab results and I'm doing a little bit better now, I'm also using the Magnesium lotion and I'm not feeling tired any more. Thanks a lot for your support !
