I wanted to see if anyone had any suggestions for me. I have lately noticed that every time I eat meat, I experience allergy symptoms; sinus pressure, sinus headache, sneezing, and itching about 30 minutes after I eat fresh/freshly frozen meat (chicken, beef, ground turkey). It seems to be worse this year than it has in the past. The itching is worse through the night! Does anyone else have these symptoms? If so, how do you cope with it?
For years, I have had an unrelenting histamine intolerance, but it is worse now. I think because I am going through menopause and read that DAO production lowers once in menopause causing histamines to be worse?? My question is should I try to go vegetarian or only eat meat every 3 days? I am a major meat eater, so the thought of this is very depressing, but somedays, I can't function due to the symptoms. My headaches go into a migraine some days. Honestly, I wouldn't even know how to survive off of vegetables
So far, I take d3 drops, b-complex sublingual, dr dean's remyte in water, k2 drops, dr dean's remag in water, vit c drops (not enough probably), and use mag oil.
On a positive note, I usually get rosacea on my face during allergy months, but haven't noticed it lately. Yay!
I appreciate any help you can give!
Thank you all for listening!
