Has anyone read this book or tried the 4 week diet? How did you do?

Haven't read but just had a quick look at summary and some comments
my thoughts
- any book that claims it can fix gut health in 4 weeks is stretching the truth! healing any organ / part of the body takes more than 4 weeks.
- observation of the few thousand people that have been part of this group for over 15 years, fibre and plant protein does not heal MC issues. Fiber is a major irritant for most people here. Even after years of healing, having two much fibre can undo a remission
