Sun is shining---a little crispness in the air----which I luve --
And a nice turtleneck sweater on----which I luve too :grin:

Dont get a chance to turtleneck it in AZ. Tried it once and it was like being in a sauna suit-- :oops:

Hi Barb.......70 deg here in West Texas. That won't last. If you don't like the weather in West Texas....wait 5 Minutes....it will surley change. :bandevil: But that what we like! How's your Sunday Barbara?
I took My Vitamins without thinking on an empty stomache....... :attention: Boy did my tummy let me know I did a dumb thing........ :vomit: Nauseated for awhile. Starting to go away after I ate some yogurt.
Told Mike I was going to lose some weight....guess what he said?...... :ROFL: You guessed it. Isn't it funny how our spouses take advantage and get brave as the years go by? :ciao: Well I am going to go put feet up as both knees bother me today.
