How effective was CBD oil for you?

I am not sure I did this poll. I tried CBD oil for maybe 6 months when I lived in Colorado years ago (ya know, when CO was one of like 2 states that had legal marijuana..). I wasn't looking to have it change my diarrhea, I was just hoping for better sleep and to lower my anxiety level. I don't feel like it helped me at all. I do think that once my magnesium levels rebounded, things got much better and I still to this day supplement magnesium daily.
