The Microscopic Colitis Foundation Has Published a New App

Post by tex »

The Microscopic Colitis Foundation has published an app that will work for either android or ios smartphones. In case you didn't notice the links in the header of the landing page, here they are for your convenience:

Android phones: https://play.google.com/store/apps/deta ... .searchapp

IPhones: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/search-th ... 6753160674

The app is designed for smartphones, but if anyone wants to download it to an iPad, it will work there also, although it's not currently ideally formatted for use on an iPad (It may be modified in the future, so that it also works optimally on an iPad. For now, iPad users can still download and use the app in “iPhone mode.” If you haven't been able to locate the app:

1. In the Apple app store, search for “Search the MC Forum Using AI”.
2. If it doesn’t appear: on the search results page, tap the filter at the top that says iPad Apps and switch to iPhone & iPad Apps (or iPhone Only on some iPadOS versions).
3. You should see the App.
4. After Installation, the app will probably open in a phone-sized window. You should be able to resize or center the window or do full-screen in portrait mode.

The app is free, and we would appreciate any feedback regarding the usefulness of this app, or any suggestions or complaints. And rating the app at the app store where you downloaded it will benefit others by helping them decide whether or not it's worth downloading.

It is suspected that some of the hardest material known to science can be found in the skulls of GI specialists who insist that diet has nothing to do with the treatment of microscopic colitis.
