Preventing UTIs for MC sufferers

I hope this is not TMI and mostly for women.
I began to realise that because of MC I was getting too many UTIs (urinary tract infection) due to the travel of bacteria. I decided then to use a portable bidet. One upstairs and down. Guess what? Not a single UTI in a year. Probably lots of you do this already for many reasons.

Thank you for this!! Am at urgent care for uti right now. Will be getting a bidet!! What I’m dreading is the probable antibiotic ugh.
